Choose one or multiple photos per page (up to 9 photos); add extra pages as you need them. Choice of cloth, linen & leather/specialty hard covers styles & colours.

The large square book (12x12" option) uses a thicker paper and holds 10-270 images (max 30 pages).

The regular landscape book (8.5x11” option) uses a thinner paper and holds 10-378 images (max 42 pages).

• Bring in you’re images on any media (CD, DVD, USB stick, camera memory cards)
• Load them into our  kiosks• Select a theme (background design)
• Select the photos you want included• Crop photos to any shape - this accentuates the important part of the picture and provides more interesting page layouts.
• Create in minutes using the auto-arrange software or spend a little longer of you want to manually arrange your photos (prior preparation helps here - (check out our Kiosk Tips) 
• Once you like the layout submit your order.
• We print and bind the book for you within one hour.
• We can easily print multiple copies of a book.

Family History Books

Do you have old photos that you would like to preserve into a book? We can help, bring your photos in to us and we will scan them to disk, you can then load them into our kiosk to create your book or take the disk home and use our online service to create your book, if you cant bring them in, post them to us with instructions and we will do the rest for you. Photos tell a story, and photo books make wonderful records of family histories

Unlike traditional photo albums and photo scrapbooks, photo books can be easily replicated create one and if you’re pleased with it order additional copies.

Not all pages have to include photos; including text will allow the book to tell its own story.

Family History Book Ideas

Create a book of your own personal history. Include your baby pictures and childhood stories.

Interview an ageing relative. Work with them to create the book. Have them write a personal note, include this in the book (scan it or photograph it).

Gather your old family photos and slides and have us digitise them then create a family heirloom to share with your own family. Purchase additional copies for other family members. Give as gifts.

Include personal histories, family stories, and genealogical data in the book.Include photographs or scans of personal possessions, handwriting, certificates, letters, and other important documents. These will all make the book more personal.

How to add text? 

• Scan or photograph handwritten notes
• Type in photo editing program and save as jpeg
• Type in MS Publisher and save as jpeg
• Type directly onto photo book pages can be slow as our kiosks are touch screen and can only be touched in one place at a time

How do you create this keepsake?

•  Sort out your photos and memorabilia and bring in to us
• We will digitise any non-digital photos.
• We will show you how easy it is to create your own book on our kiosks.
• We then print the book on-site. It will be ready in one-hour or less.    

The kiosk allows you to sort your images by date taken or by file number (useful when you want to specify the order).

To save time pre-organise your photos into the order you want them to appear in the book by copying your selected photos into a new folder then renumber the copies using three digits (e.g. 001.jpg not 1.jpg) and save to a USB Key. When you load the images into the HP Kiosk select sort by file name and hey presto they will be in the order you want them, you can still move them about if you change your mind, this will save you a lot of time.
